'Albion'- Peter Doherty (live at Glasto)
I occasionally forget how good of guitarist Petey is. Clips like this remind me.

I love her
Lily Allen, 23-year-old Britpop starlet and Paste 4 to Watch alumna, has reportedly finished recording the tracks for her second album. The project, tentatively titled Stuck On The Naughty Step according to a recent issue of Rolling Stone, is Allen’s follow-up to her 2006 debut, Alright, Still.

Several observations
about this clip of 'Saturday Superhouse' from Glasto '08-
1. Simon's whipping his hair around like he's working the pole at a gentleman's club
2. My God, James has a lot of ink
3. Benny is a damn good drummer
4. Kaz. Is. Just. Going. To. Crap.
5. Put a top on, James. Please, sweetie.
6. The crowd seems to be mad fer it/singing backup/insane and somewhat scary.

I'm ignoring the fact that
Lily's dress appears to be denim, and instead am concentrating on how much fun she and Marky seem to be having.

'Warwick Avenue'- Duffy (live at Glasto)
Girlfriend holds the note at the end of the bridge for nearly 20 seconds. Pitch-freakin'-perfect.
