Curiously, at no point does Mrs Beckham explain how to dress like Woody, the cowboy from Toy Story, Arthur Daley, the loveable crook from Minder, or a Chanel-clad ski bunny who cannot actually ski - all unique looks with which she has entertained the readers of tabloid magazines over the years.
